Abu Dhabi University's Co-Zone 1 & 2: the School of Engineering, staff accommodation and sports centre, built, fitted out and serviced by Alba-Tec's construction, interior design and MEP divisions.
Scope of work
- Construction, completion and maintenance of the School of Engineering, staff accommodation and sports centre
- Second-floor fit-out works
- Co-Zone 1 & 2 design and build fit-out (Interior Design division)
- MEP: electrical, potable water, low current, HVAC, drainage, fire alarm and fire fighting, data, authority handover
- Zone 2: BISAD sport centre and community centre MEP works
